For ScaleReal, the entire recruitment process involved two Technical interviews and one HR round. Firstly the Technical interviews consisted of basic questions of the domain that we applied for, eg. Fullstack Web Developer.I applied for Fullstack Web Developer. For me the questions were based on Javascript, Python, React and Django. I saw that the main focus was to see how technically strong the candidate is. They don’t want to filter through aptitude test,as they were focusing on the technical skills.

At first in my technical interview I shown my github profile and through that I explained my projects that were on the Github. Remember one thing projects matters a lot as it showcases our understanding of the topic and how well we are implementing it. Also being active on github and maintaining github profile helped me a lot beacuse it directly showcases my work and contribution as a Web Developer and also it becomes easy for the interviewer to know our technical skills.

The HR round was normal and some basic general questions were asked

  • Firstly decide your domain and follow a road map.
  • Be active on Linkedin beacuse it helps to know what’s currently going on in the industry.
  • Don’t go for many things to learn at a time, pick one topic and master it. Don’t be Jack of all trades but master of none.
  • Start doing projects as soon as possible, because implementing what you learn matters the most.
  • Clearing basics is the most important thing because it enhances learning and increases your confidence
